Nancy Millan, left, takes the oath of office Jan. 9 for her second term as Hillsborough County Tax Collector. Former Public Defender Julianne Holt administered the oath. The ceremony was hosted by George Lorenzo of Lorenzo and Lorenzo Law. Millan ran unopposed in the November election.
