Tampa, FL— August 30, 2023 — Hillsborough County Tax Collector Nancy C. Millan announced that her team is assessing the effects of Idalia on Tax Collector locations and on their staff. They anticipate reopening on Thursday, August 31st for normal operations, but will provide regular updates if any changes are needed due to flooding or storm damage.

“We want to make the best decision for our community and return to service delivery as quickly and safely as possible,” said Nancy Millan.

Any appointments that were scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday will be honored over the next two weeks.   Customers can visit hillstax.org to reschedule appointments.  We encourage avoiding the visit and paying online whenever possible.
