Hillsborough County Tax Collector Expands Convenient Vehicle Registration Renewals to Riverview, Marking 16th Kiosk Location

TAMPA, Fla., November 10, 2025 – The Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office continues to expand convenient service options with the installation of a new self-service registration renewal kiosk at Publix in Rivercrest Commons Shopping Center located at: 11460 US-301, Riverview, FL 33578. This marks the ninth Publix location now offering this convenient service to residents throughout Hillsborough County.

The new kiosk location follows the recent installation at MacDill Air Force Base Main Exchange, demonstrating the Tax Collector’s Office commitment to bringing innovative services directly to where residents live, work, and shop.

“Being able to renew your registration while you’re picking up groceries or running errands saves valuable time for busy families,” said Nancy Millan, Hillsborough County Tax Collector. “This new Riverview location ensures that even more residents in the southern part of our county have easy access to this service.”

The kiosk allows customers to pay with credit or debit cards and receive their vehicle registration and decal in as little as two minutes without having to visit a Tax Collector’s Office. Instructions and voice prompts in English and Spanish make the kiosk as easy to use as an ATM. There is a nominal processing fee for credit and debit card transactions.

The Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office was the first in Florida to introduce these self-service kiosks in 2019 through a partnership with Neumo and Publix. The kiosks have since processed hundreds of thousands of registration renewals, providing residents with flexible, after-hours access to essential services.

The kiosks cannot process renewals for mobile homes, vessels/boats, or vehicles requiring new or replacement license plates. Additionally, the kiosk cannot process registrations with outstanding toll violations or those requiring proof of insurance.
