Lauren’s Kids is an organization whose goal is preventing sexual abuse through awareness, education, and advocacy while helping survivors heal with guidance and support.

The Hillsborough County Tax Collector and Lauren’s Kids are partnering to increase awareness and raise funds to support the various programs offered by the Lauren’s Kids organization. Customers may make a donation to the Prevent Child Sexual Abuse Voluntary Contribution during your transaction with our office.

The Lauren’s Kids “Love and Healing” Specialty License Plate is now available for purchase. This license plate is a symbol of hope and healing for the 42 million survivors of child sexual abuse in the United States.

In the month of February, the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office raised $4,993.43 for Lauren’s Kids. The Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office is proud to be part of the fundraising efforts each year. We encourage all of our branch offices to get involved. This year’s top fundraising branch office was our South County location. Several employees at the branch raised more than $200.00 individually. Proceeds go toward’s Lauren’s Kids education and prevention efforts.
