TAMPA, FL – (March 3, 2014) – Doug Belden is pleased to announce the launch of a completely redesigned website for the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office.

Belden says the new website was created with his customers’ needs and expectations in mind.  The site provides easy access for customers to look up information or conduct business with the Tax Collector’s office online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  The site offers a clean, smart design with easy navigation providing the most up-to-date, accurate information.  New features on the site include a centralized repository of forms and reports and a user-friendly “How do I?” navigation tool that directs users to exactly what they’re looking for at the click of a button.  The website’s user-friendly design provides better access to other Tax Collector resources too, such as videos and photo galleries, and will soon feature social media.  The site also allows customers to make appointments or view real-time office wait times.

The Tax Collector’s website development team, led by Belden’s Director of Community Relations, Nancy Millan, has been working on the new site for the past year in partnership with Bayshore Solutions, Inc.
