Health Insurance Plan Services

The Hillsborough County Tax Collector is soliciting proposals for a fully insured health insurance plan to provide comprehensive coverage for employees, eligible dependents and retirees.

Invitation to Submit Proposals

Qualified insurance providers are invited to submit proposals for this opportunity. We are seeking competitive proposals that demonstrate:

• Comprehensive health insurance coverage as well as employee paid dental and vision plans, COBRA and FSA administration, and an employee assistance program
• Competitive pricing and cost structure
• Strong provider networks with nationwide coverage
• Excellent customer service
• Proven track record of reliable service delivery

Public Records Notice

In accordance with Florida’s Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes), this procurement notice and all related documents are public records. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation will become public records subject to disclosure upon request, except as provided by law. Proposals are exempt from public disclosure until the agency provides notice of an intended decision or 30 days after proposal opening, whichever occurs first.
