Health Insurance Plan Services

The Hillsborough County Tax Collector is soliciting proposals for a fully insured health insurance plan to provide comprehensive coverage for employees, eligible dependents and retirees.

Invitation to Submit Proposals

Qualified insurance providers are invited to submit proposals for this opportunity. We are seeking competitive proposals that demonstrate:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage as well as employee paid dental and vision plans, COBRA and FSA administration, and an employee assistance program
  • Competitive pricing and cost structure
  • Strong provider networks with nationwide coverage
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proven track record of reliable service delivery
