The Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office will receive sealed proposals for RFP 18637, Design-Build of Plant City Tax Collector’s Office, by 3 p.m., September 4, 2019. The intent of this RFP is to select a qualified team of architects and contractors through a qualifications-based process to build a Tax Collector Office and driving test track at 4702 Sydney Road, Plant City, Florida.
