How to Drop Off Work
To drop off paperwork for processing, park near the smart lockers located on the west side of the North Tampa Office, (3011 University Center Drive, Suite 150) or at the front of the Brandon Office (3030 North Falkenburg Road).
1. Lift the protective screen cover of the monitor until the entire screen is visible. A magnet strip will allow you to attach the bottom of the cover to the lockers and out of the way.
2. Pull up the QR code assigned to your business and hold in front of the scanner located below the screen until you hear a beep.
3. Select “No Barcode Available” by on the lower left side of the screen.
4. Pause as a picture is taken of you at the smart lockers.
5. A box will appear asking if you want to scan another package. Select skip.
6. Choose a recipient by typing “B-R-A” if you are at the Brandon Tax Collector’s Office, and “N-O-R” if you are at the North Tampa Tax Collector’s Office.
7. Select the appropriate location that appears in the dropdown menu.
8. Select the appropriate size locker for the package size you need to drop off – small, medium, or large. All documents must be enclosed in an envelope or box.
9. Hit “Continue”.
10. The screen will display a locker number, and a locker will open.
11. Insert your package and close the locker. Make sure the locker is completely closed.
12. Go back to the screen and select done if complete.
- Select “does not fit” if the locker needs to be bigger. It will take you back to the size location screen.
- Select “reopen locker” if you need to add or remove items from your locker.
13. Scan your QR code one more time to log out.
14. Pull down the protective screen until it covers the monitor again.
The tax collector’s office will receive a notification that a package is awaiting in the smart locker.

How to Pick Up Work
When your work is complete, you will receive an email notification stating it is ready for pick up. The email will include a QR code and a six digit pin code below the image.
1. When you arrive at the smart locker location where you dropped off your package, lift the protective screen cover of the monitor until the entire screen is visible and scan the barcode from your phone.
- For best results, turn the brightness all the way up and make sure the entire barcode is visible.
2. Hold your phone about 6 inches from the locker’s barcode reader, found below the screen.
- You can also use the 6 digit pin code to open the locker – just select the “Enter Manually” button on the kiosk and enter the pin code on the next screen.
3. A locker with your package will open, and you can retrieve and close the locker when you’re done.
4. Return the protective screen until it covers the monitor again.
If you are unable to pick up your package within 3 days, it will be returned via mail for an additional fee.
